Can I get free delivery with Pro Breeze?
Pro Breeze don't charge fees for their standard ground shipping, meaning all orders are sent free of charge by default. Standard delivery should be delivered in 2 - 3 working days (depending on whether or not you place your order before 2.45pm on a weekday). Want to get your goods faster? Expedited shipping is also available at the checkout for an additional £3.99, and will mean your items arrive in 1 - 2 working days (again, depending on when you place your order).
Is there a warranty on my Pro Breeze device?
To protect against manufacturer faults & defects, all Pro Breeze items are sold with a 12-month warranty. You will need to register your warranty by providing details about your item once you receive it - you will then be able to arrange for your device to be replaced if it malfunctions due to any materials or product-related issues. If you want extra coverage, this is also available for an additional fee at the checkout (simply select the option to extend your warranty to 3 years).
Does Pro Breeze accept returns?
Yes, customers will have 14 days after ordering their items to contact the brand's customer service team if they change their mind and decide they want a refund (unless you've bought a used or refurbished device from the Outlet). Once you've spoken with the team, you'll have another 14 days to send your item back. Unfortunately, Pro Breeze does not cover the cost of returns (unless you are returning your item under its 1-year warranty).
