I replaced my smart home speaker with this Klipsch speaker — and I’m never going back
This is my favorite audio addition this year
I’m a self-proclaimed audiophile, and with that title comes a desire for the best sound in my home that I can get. I listen to music all day, every day, and while I will listen using pretty much any speaker (with a few grimaces), when I’m at home, I want to hear every single detail in the songs.
That means I need one of the best Bluetooth speakers to fill my home with sound. After testing it out earlier this year, Klipsch’s The One Plus speaker has been permanently playing music, and I can safely say I don’t want to listen any other way.
The One Plus speaker by Klipsch has given me the best sound that fills my whole house. It’s clear, loud, and punchy, bringing the vocals to the forefront of the music without losing any of the instruments. The premium, sleek-looking design also makes it a winner for any modern home, and the diverse connectivity options make it a true all-rounder.
Stereo system without the fuss
The One Plus offers 2.1 stereo sound, which delivers a full sound and makes the music sound a whole lot richer as it does an awesome job at handling lower frequencies. It makes me feel like I have a stereo system set up without any fuss with wires, and without taking up much space.
To get this sound with a tabletop speaker is really great, and I especially appreciate it when listening to live recordings of tracks, as it makes you feel like you’re right there listening in person.
The sound can fill the room, and indeed my house, with complete ease. Having a speaker like this means that entertaining when I have guests is incredibly easy, and I don’t have to worry about the quality of my music.
It’s so good-looking
There’s no denying, this is one of the best-looking speakers out there. The design is so sleek and understated that it fits in with any setup and with any vibe. I’ve tried it out in a few different places in my home, and it never looks out of place.
A real wood finish on the top of the speaker gives it that real homely feel, and the cloth trim around the whole speaker adds to the premium feel. There are only two small but tactile controls on the top of the speaker, so it looks totally minimal.

The volume dial sits at the top of the speaker for easy access when things get a bit loud (or need to get louder), and there is a small button which wakes the speaker and switches between aux, Bluetooth and USB-C connectivity.
Hi-Fi sound
I can achieve great sound with this speaker and stream my music at the highest quality possible with a 3.5mm jack lead. I'm also able to control the sound profile through the Klipsch app on my phone, giving me total control over what my music sounds like.
I was hearing layers in my favorite songs that I’d never noticed before, so when I was listening to some of my favorite albums from start to finish, I was totally impressed. It’s given my playlists a whole new lease of life as I can now listen to them in a whole new way.
Everyone needs a speaker for detailed music listening, and this one can provide the energy for a party with its awesome volume, or simply keep you company while you deep-dive into your favorite albums.
