TAITRA Expands Show Floor at Computex
With only couple of months to go, Computex Taipei 2008 is gearing up to be the biggest one yet. TAITRA, the organizer of the event, managed to sell out Nangang Hall, a venue that is set to debut this year.
With 698 exhibitors using 2405 booths in Nangang, TAITRA had to reserve all the available spaces inside Hall 1, including Area H - located on the second floor. Additional 130 spaces were freed up for more companies from mainland China and abroad.
Looks like this Computex will be the one not to miss, but we wonder how Taiwanese transportation will cope with thousands of people going from Taiwan World Trade Center to Nangang and back. If you have been to CES lately, you can imagine the traffic mess we are expecting this year.
Regardless, TG Daily is planning to attend and cover Computex and provide an insight in the technologies that will come to market later in the year.
Computex will open on June 3.
