Does isinwheel offer free delivery?
Yes, isinwheel offers free standard delivery on all e-scooter and e-bike orders to most UK postcodes. Because they ship directly from their UK warehouse, e-scooters and e-bikes are usually processed within 24 hours and delivered in just 1 to 3 business days.
Note: If you order accessories such as a helmet or a spare charger, they may arrive separately and take up to 7 days.
What is the isinwheel UK return policy?
isinwheel offers a general 30-day return policy and but if your scooter arrives defective or damaged, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund.
However, if you simply change your mind or buy the wrong model, the scooter must be unused and in its original packaging. For these change-of-mind returns, you will need to pay for returns labels, which will be deducted from your refund.
Does isinwheel have a warranty?
Yes. All isinwheel electric scooters come with a 1-year standard warranty (with a 6-month warranty on consumable parts like the battery and motor).
Their electric bikes come with an extended 2-year standard warranty (with a 12-month warranty on the battery and motor).
The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use, it does not cover water damage, accidental crashes, or tyres.
