Does iScooter offer free delivery?
Yes. iScooter offers free standard shipping on all its electric scooters, e-bikes, and accessories across the mainland UK. Because they have a UK warehouse, your new scooter or bike will typically arrive at your door within 1 to 3 working days.
What is the iScooter return policy?
iScooter offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind after ordering, you can return your e-scooter or e-bike for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
However, the item must be completely new, unused, and in its original packaging. If the vehicle has been ridden outside or shows any signs of wear, it will not be eligible for a standard return.
Does iScooter have a warranty?
Yes. Buying directly from the official iScooter store guarantees you protection and access to their local UK repair team.
Electric Bikes are covered by a 2-year warranty.
Electric scooters, mobility scooters, and hoverboards are covered by a 1-year warranty. This covers major manufacturing defects and core electrical components.
Consumable parts like tyres and brake pads, as well as water damage, are generally not covered, so it's best to avoid riding in heavy British rain.

Shop the Bundle Sale for up to 10% Off: If you are buying for the whole family, never buy the scooters separately. iScooter offers an automatic bundle discount: add 2 scooters to your cart and get 6% off the total price. How to use an iScooter discount code
