Fresh from being unveiled at the latest Galaxy Unpacked event overnight, Samsung Galaxy S26 pre-orders are officially open in Australia, and will continue until the day before the new devices hit stores on March 11, 2026.
The Galaxy S26 series starts at AU$1,549 for the 6.3-inch base model, with the 6.7-inch Galaxy S26 Plus priced at AU$1,849 and the 6.9-inch Galaxy S26 Ultra at AU$2,199.
Under the hood, all three handsets run the new Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip and feature 120Hz displays with 12GB of RAM as standard. However, if you opt for the top-tier 1TB Galaxy S26 Ultra, the memory is boosted to 16GB of RAM.
The new devices also boast improved Galaxy AI features, a new Horizontal Lock feature for video recording, 60W fast wired charging and 25W wireless charging. The Galaxy S26 Ultra also gets the game-changing Privacy Display mode, which prevents onlookers from viewing your screen at an angle.
