Yes! Tineco offers free standard shipping for all orders over $9.99. Because their vacuums, floor washers, and smart appliances cost well above this threshold, you will not pay delivery fees when buying a new vacuum or appliance.
How long does delivery take?
The company ships orders via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, with the warehouse selecting the carrier based on your location. Standard deliveries usually arrive within seven to 10 business days after dispatch

Tineco has a 30-day return window starting from the delivery date. To get a full refund, you must return the vacuum in its original packaging alongside all included accessories, manuals, and the original receipt.
Can Tineco be used on carpet?
That depends on the specific Tineco model you choose. You should not use Tineco wet/dry vacuums, like the Floor One S5 or S7 Pro, on carpets or area rugs. These machines dispense water and cleaning solution onto a soft microfiber roller. Running one over a carpet will soak it, leaving your rug wet and prone to mildew. The soft roller also lacks the stiff bristles needed to pull dirt from deep within a carpet.
However, the Tineco Pure One models act as traditional dry vacuums. You can use these on carpets, rugs, and hard floors. They feature standard motorized brush heads with bristles designed for carpet fibers and lift embedded dust, debris, and pet hair.
