Subscribing to a handful of the best streaming services is becoming increasingly expensive, with price hikes and password-sharing crackdowns putting the squeeze on many users. This makes streaming deals all the more valuable in 2025, and I’ve just spotted a truly epic discount on a year-long subscription to Paramount Plus.

From now until September 18, you can get a 12-month subscription to Paramount Plus Essential for $29. That’s a 50% saving compared to its regular annual price. And if you want an even larger library of streaming options, Paramount Plus Premium is also down to $59 (was $119.99)

Paramount Plus might not quite have the clout in the streaming space as the biggest players like Netflix, Prime Video and HBO Max, but it makes our guide to the best streaming services for a very good reason. Not only does it boast a deep catalog of classic movies, with brand-new theatrical releases added at a steady clip, but it also has plenty for binge-watching.

This TV season, subscribers can enjoy new episodes of hit series including “South Park,” “Tulsa King,” “Landman,” and “Mayor of Kingstown.” Plus, next week will see the season 3 finale of “Star Trek: Strange New Worlds.” Oh, and I’ve not even touched upon the live sports on Paramount Plus, which includes NFL on CBS and UEFA Champions League soccer.
