Can I get free shipping with iBUYPOWER?
Yes, if you are buying a gaming PC, this will be shipped with free ground shipping. Other items will be subject to shipping fees dependent on the type of product and where it is being shipped to. These start from $10 and can be as much as $179. Keep an eye out for fees at the checkout.
Does iBUYPOWER sell refurbished products?
Yes, as well as new tech, customers can also shop a range of refurbished iBUYPOWER products through the brand's site. These items are tested and restored to like-new condition, shipped with a warranty, and offered at discounts of as much as $550 off. Does iBUYPOWER accept returns?
Yes, customers can return most items to the brand within 30 days of receiving them for a refund or store credit. For refurbished devices, the returns period is reduced to 14 days after receipt. Note that refunds are dependent on items being sent back in the condition they were received in, with all included items, and shipping fees will not be included in refund totals.
