Bose is the name to beat when it comes to noise canceling, and there have been few headphones as synonymous with ANC as the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones. They've been dethroned by their sequel now, but they're still a silencing force to be reckoned with.
A force that you can now get at a great price, thanks to a $100 discount. The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones are now just $329 at Amazon, marking a return to their lowest price ever. This deal won't be around forever — better be quick!
The QuietComfort Ultra Headphones are a great way to block noise. They're very comfortable to boot, and offer some solid sound. 24 hours of battery life isn't epic, but this $100 off certainly is. We've seen this deal before, and it didn't last very long — it might be a similar story this time around.
The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones had a permanent place in my backpack for a long time thanks to their epic ANC. They block out just about every bit of noise, keeping the sounds of engines, tire rumbles, and other annoying commute noises at bay. They were our pick for the best noise-canceling headphones for a long time before the new model was released.
Their lightness and soft, plentiful foam make them super comfortable, so you won't have any complaints if you wear them for longer trips. They might need a charge to get through lengthier journeys — there's only 24 hours of battery life on board — but there's a quick charge to keep you going.
They sound good too, with plenty of bass to keep you moving along to your favorite tunes. You can change the sound profile with the helpful three-band EQ. A little more detail would be nice, but they're still a wicked audio experience.
The protective case is also one of the best, making sure that your expensive headphones won't get damaged when you toss them in your bag. It doesn't take up much space either. They're a great travel companion — and at this price, more affordable than ever.
