"Capel Green" is new UFO documentary about three nights of mysterious events in 1980, commonly known as "Britain's Roswell". Airman First Class Larry Warren, the original military eye-witness and whistle-blower, says he encountered a UFO and has evidence. But can you watch "Capel Green"?

"Capel Green" premiered on Sunday, July 20 and is expected to hit U.K. streaming platforms soon. Viewers abroad can watch it from anywhere with a VPN.

Warren passed a detailed polygraph test before contributing to this film and has several other US Air Force personnel as witnesses to corroborate his claim that while stationed at American-operated RAF Bentwaters, he was part of a security detail ordered into Rendlesham Forest on December 28th after suspicious activity had been observed for three nights in a row.

Where his tale courts controversy is when he describes the alien craft he believes he encountered and the "entities" within. Some fellow servicemen dispute his version and many have questioned his timeline - i.e. that he was not at the base on that night - and the consistency of the details of his account since he first went public in the mid-80s.

His supporters claim this is deliberate misinformation as part of a cover-up and the standard operating procedure when the authorities want to obscure or bury the truth. This feature length documentary talks to many witnesses involved, brings new revelations to light and attempts to examine the available evidence. For Warren it is a human story about his fight to be believed.

However, whatever he saw, one question that demands an answer is why the authorities breached their own protocol to introduce unorthodox and suspicious investigation procedures when dealing with his claims initially and subsequently. This is why the controversy around "The Rendleshem Forest incidents" refuses to go away.

What does Larry Warren say happened after he became a whistleblower?

He claims in "Left at East Gate: A First-Hand Account of the Bentwaters-Woodbridge UFO Incident, Its Cover-Up and Investigation", a book he co-authored with UFO researcher Peter Robbins in 1997, and elsewhere, that he and fellow servicemen were threatened (including being told they would be "buried in he woods"), interrogated in a harsh environment, possibly drugged, and kept under surveillance (including phone taps for years) to ensure silence about the UFO encounter. He presents this as evidence of a deliberate cover-up by U.S. and U.K. authorities.
