What shipping options does Laptops Direct offer?
Laptops Direct offers next-day delivery on most orders, the price of which is calculated and displayed at the checkout before you order. Prices are based on what you're ordering and where its shipping to, and for each order, you'll get your pick of delivery day (Mon - Sat) so you can be sure you're in when your order arrives.
Can I buy refurbished devices from Laptops Direct?
Absolutely! Laptops Direct sells a variety of second-hand tech which has been tested and inspected to ensure its of a solid quality, with prices up to 50% off, making it well worth choosing a recycling device over a brand new one. You'll find dedicated refurbished sections for each device category, letting you search for refurbed laptops, PCs, monitors, TVs and more, with a breakdown of the quality displayed on the product page so you know exactly what you're getting.
Can you sell used tech back to Laptops Direct?
Yes, Laptops Direct offers a fast and efficient way to trade in your old tech for some extra cash. Their website provides a handy guide to properly trade in your items, and claim to be able to offer quotes in under 60 seconds.
If you choose to send your item through Laptops Direct's courier service then this shipping is free of charge, and you will get paid 48 hours after confirmation. The brand offers up to £1250 for laptops, £990 for phones, and £530 for tablets depending on their model and condition.
Does Laptops Direct accept returns?
Should you change your mind on your order, you can send your items back to Laptops Direct for a refund, but only within 14 days of placing your order, and you will need to arrange returns shipping at your own cost. Partial refunds will be offered if your device isn't sent back in good condition (except if the order arrived in this state). You'll need to submit a request through the returns portal to start the process. Note that replies can take up to 48 hours, so don't leave it right until the end of the 14 days.

How we test voucher codes
Every voucher code on Tom’s Guide has been tested by our offers team, based in Cardiff, to make sure they work before we upload them. The codes on Tom’s Guide can be used for a wide range of savings, covering student discounts, free shipping deals, and site-wide or product-specific savings.
We want to make sure every voucher is ready to use whenever someone visits one of our pages, so we don’t include any user-specific or one-time use codes. Each offer also includes as much information as we can find on its terms and conditions to keep things clear, and any applicable expiry dates will be listed next to the offer details. What to do if a voucher code doesn’t work
