Is Big Fig shipping free?
You won't pay any shipping fees on orders to the contiguous US, saving you on additional costs. These orders will be delivered in 5 - 10 working days. If you live outside of the contiguous US, Big Fig ships to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, although fees will charged depending on your address.
Can Big Fig take my old mattress away?
Yes, but for a fee. You can choose to purchase removal at the checkout for $129. Purchasing this service means the team will remove a mattress (and box spring if applicable) when your new one is delivered.
Does Big Fig offer white glove delivery?
Yes, you can pay $199 to have your mattress taken to a room of your choice and set up by the Big Fig team when they arrive. If you have an old bed or mattress that you'd like taken away, you can pay $249 for white glove delivery with removals.
Does Big Fig accept returns?
Absolutely! As part of its 120-night trial, which is included on all mattresses, you can arrange to have your mattress collected in exchange for a full refund at any point between 2 weeks & 4 months since your initial purchase. These are completely free of charge if you arrange them with the brand's team. Any non-mattress items are not subject to the 120-night trial - generally they are not eligible for returns, although exceptions may be made for selected items that remain unopened.

Shop the seasonal sales
The best way to save on your next Big Fig order is to make the most of the brand's seasonal offerings. You can expect to save up to 25% on items around key retailing periods like Memorial Day, Labor Day & Black Friday. Other deals may appear at other points during the year, such as 20% off for new mattress launches.
Recommend the brand
You can recommend Big Fig to people you know to earn both you & your friends or family store credit, which can be redeemed against future orders. To get started, head to the Big Fig website, navigate to the 'Refer a friend' page, then enter your email address. You'll be sent a link to share. Whenever anyone makes a purchase using your link, you'll receive $50 store credit which will be added to your account. If the person you refer keeps their mattress, $50 credit will also be added to their account.
Join the mailing list
By joining Big Fig's mailing list, you'll be sent information on the brand's products and any current or future promotions as soon as its available. Just provide your email address through the website to start receiving messages into your inbox and never miss a chance to save again.

How to use Big Fig promo codes

The offers on each coupon page are updated every few days to ensure we feature the freshest ways to save, and our commercial team (based in London) also sources exclusive codes and sales info directly from some of the biggest retailers around.
How we test coupon codes
All the coupon codes we list on our pages have been tested by our deals & offers teams to check they work as intended before they’ve been uploaded. You’ll find a wide range of coupons on Tom’s Guide, including free shipping offers, student discounts, and savings on various kinds of products.
To ensure that all listed codes are available to use, we don’t include any one-time use or user-specific coupons. We also provide as much information as we can to keep things as clear as possible - any expiry dates or terms & conditions will be listed alongside the code. What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
We take care to only list tried & tested coupons on our pages, so all codes should be active and confer the listed discount or deal. However, although we keep up to date with expiry dates and any terms & conditions, sometimes retailers change these before we can update our pages.
