Does Sleepyhead offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders to the contiguous USA come with free ground shipping as standard, which should arrive in 3-7 working days. If you want to receive your order quicker, you can also opt for expedited shipping, with the cost of each option calculated at the checkout based on your address and what you're ordering.
Can I get a Sleepyhead student discount?
Yes, Sleepyhead offers all students 20% off their orders. If you are enrolled in college, Sleepyhead should already have a record of your details, and will grant you your discount at the checkout, but you can also confirm your eligibility via SheerID (or upload an acceptance letter if you have yet to enroll) to gain access to this saving.
Do Sleepyhead products come with a warranty?
All Sleepyhead products come with a warranty, but the type of warranty will depend on the type of product. Foam toppers and mattresses are covered by the brand's 5-year 'Good 'Til Graduation' warranties, whereas fabric covers are covered for 6 months.
What is Redo Insurance?
Redo is Sleepyhead's paid returns insurance, which costs $3.99 and gives you unlimited free returns on your items, with the option to choose between store credit and full refunds. Without Redo, you will be responsible for your own return shipping should you decide to send anything back to the brand.
What is the Sleepyhead returns policy?
Customers can return items to Sleepyhead within 60 days of making their purchase if they change their mind. However, unless you purchased Redo Insurance at the checkout, you will need to pay for the cost of your own returns shipping, although you will have the option to pay Sleepyhead to arrange a return. To start a return, head to the brand's return portal.

Get a military discount
Members of the armed forces can get 20% off their Sleepyhead orders when they verify their status via SheerID. Just provide some details through the form on the dedicated military discount page to be sent your code, then add it at the checkout to save.
Become an affiliate
Sleepyhead operates an affiliate program, which lets people share the brand on their sites and social media accounts, referring their friends and family to the brand to get them a discount. You can sign up to become an ambassador through the brand's site, then send your loved ones or followers your unique code to get them 10% off at the checkout.
Become an influencer
If you've got some marketing ideas and want to work with the Sleepyhead team to help promote their products, you can get a unique referral code for 15% off by becoming an influencer. Pitch your idea to the brand, and if they run with it, you'll be sent a unique code you can share with your friends, family and followers. You'll also earn a percentage back on all orders placed with your code as commission.

What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
