Does Eight Sleep offer free shipping?
Yes, Eight Sleep offers free standard shipping on all orders, however, because they are bulky heavy items, shipping times can vary from 2-8 weeks.
What is the Eight Sleep return policy?
Eight Sleep offers a risk-free 30-night trial. If you decide it isn't for you within 30 days of your physical delivery date, you can email their support team to start a return. They will send you a prepaid return shipping label, and you will receive a full refund. Plus, if you bought a bundle (like the Pod Ultra), you can even return individual components separately
Do you need a subscription for Eight Sleep?
Yes, when you purchase an Eight Sleep Pod, a subscription to their Autopilot service is mandatory for the first 12 months. After your initial year, you are able to cancel the subscription, but it strips the bed of almost all its smart capabilities, essentially turning a high-tech sleep system into a basic manual heating and cooling pad.

Is Eight Sleep worth it?

Yes, Eight Sleep is HSA and FSA eligible. Because the IRS classifies smart mattress covers and cooling systems as "dual-purpose" items, you just need a Letter of Medical Necessity.
