Does Polaroid offer free shipping?
All Polaroid orders worth £80 or more qualify for free standard shipping, which should arrive in 2 - 5 working days. You can also opt for express shipping at the checkout, which should arrive in 2 - 3 working days, for an additional fee. If your order is under £80, fees will be calculated on a per order basis and displayed at the checkout before you order.
How does a Polaroid film subscription work?
You'll find a selection of film bundles on the Polaroid website, giving you the choice of buying Color-I, B&W-I (Black and White), and Color-I with a black frame. For each type, you'll also find single packs, triple packs, five packs and twelve packs. Choose the right one for you, and you'll see you can make an individual purchase or pick a subscription.
Subscriptions allow you to get regular film deliveries direct to your door, saving you the admin of repeat orders (or god forbid, running out unexpectedly). You can choose a 4-week, 8-week or 12-week subscription depending on how often you want your film, delivered, and to top it off, subscriptions always include free shipping, plus a 5% discount on all orders after your first.
Is there a Polaroid app?
Customers can download the Polaroid app free for Android and iOS through the Google Play and Apple App stores respectively. Using the app allows you to use your devices, manage your photos, and even participate in Creative Calls, where users submit photos taken in certain styles and can win prizes for the best entries.
Do Polaroid products come with a warranty?
Yes, as standard, all Polaroid products - including new and vintage cameras, printers, and music players - are covered by a 1-year warranty protecting you against manufacturer faults and defects. Should you need to make a claim, just get in touch with the brand's team to organise return shipping and a replacement device.
What is the Polaroid returns policy?
You can send items back to Polaroid within 14 days of your purchase if you change your mind, but you will need to arrange and cover the cost of your own returns shipping. Note that opened film packages cannot be returned. The brand may also afford more time for any defective items covered under warranty.

Save with a set
If you're in the market for a number of Polaroid products, such as a camera with a case and film, you can save a little extra on the price of buying everything separately by picking up a set or bundle. These packages can be up to 20% cheaper, letting you get a better price when you pick up a device and a load of handy accessories all at once.
Become a member
You can earn extra perks by becoming a Polaroid member. Its free to sign up, and once you've joined, you'll be sent a welcome code for 10% off your next order. Members also get 30% off accessories, access to exclusive discounts and events, and will earn points on every order.
For every £1 you spend, you'll earn 1 point, plus you can earn 5 points every time you take part in the Creative Calls event via the Polaroid App. Points can be collected and redeemed for discount codes, with a maximum of 550 points applicable per order. As you earn more points, you'll also move through different levels of the program, earning more points and rewards to help you save.
You'll start at Level 1, then move to Level 2 once you've earned 200 points, Level 3 once you've earned 1000 points, and Level 4 once you've earned 1500 points. As well as earning points upon levelling up as a welcome bonus, you'll also find you earn more points on your purchase at later levels.
Get a student discount
On occasion, you can pick up a Polaroid student discount when you verify with a valid Student Beans account, which can let you save up to 30% on your orders. Although its not available year-round, we'll list it here whenever its available. All you need to do is create or sign in to an account and you'll be sent a code to add at the checkout once you've been confirmed eligible.
How to use Polaroid discount codes
- Take a look through our list of the latest Polaroid discount codes and choose one you want to use.
- Click "Get Code" to open a new tab where your unique code will be revealed, then copy it for later.
- Head back to your old tab, which will now have loaded the Polaroid website, and start shopping.
- Once you'd added all the items you want to your cart, click on it to review your order and head to the checkout.
- On the right-hand side, under your order summary, find the box marked "Discount code or gift card".
- Enter your code in here and click "Apply", and your order total should be amended.
- Continue through the rest of the checkout as normal to place your order.

Each page is updated every few days to include up-to-date offers and ways to save, and our London-based commercial team uses our connections with retailers to source exclusive codes directly from some of the biggest brands on the market.
How we test voucher codes
Every voucher code on Tom’s Guide has been tested by our offers team, based in Cardiff, to make sure they work before we upload them. The codes on Tom’s Guide can be used for a wide range of savings, covering student discounts, free shipping deals, and site-wide or product-specific savings.
We want to make sure every voucher is ready to use whenever someone visits one of our pages, so we don’t include any user-specific or one-time use codes. Each offer also includes as much information as we can find on its terms and conditions to keep things clear, and any applicable expiry dates will be listed next to the offer details. What to do if a voucher code doesn’t work
Although we work hard to only include tried and tested vouchers on our pages, sometimes codes can expire or terms and conditions can be changed before we have a chance to update the code or our pages. If your discount isn’t being applied at the checkout, there are a number of things you can do.
First, check you meet any listed requirements such as multibuy offers, minimum spends, or product-specific deals. For example, you may need to buy 3 items to receive your discount, or your code may only be applicable to orders with certain models (i.e. 10% off specific smartphones). If you need to review the details of your chosen deal, click the text that reads “View terms and conditions” below the main text.

How we make money
Tom’s Guide makes money from vouchers on a commission basis. We have agreements with every retailer that has a vouchers page for, and for every order placed using one of our codes, we earn a portion of the order total back in commission from that retailer.
Using this model means all of our profits are paid for by the retailers we partner with, and we do not pass any costs on to our users. Using one of our vouchers will never cost you anything - you’ll only pay for the discounted products you’re looking to buy, so you can rest easy knowing you get exactly what it says on the tin.
