Best Buy is having a Prime Day of its own and it starts now — 25 deals I'd add to my cart this weekend

Best Buy is ending the month of September with a bang. The retailer just kicked off a 48-hour flash sale with Black Friday-like discounts on TVs, appliances, laptops, and headphones.
There are hundreds of items currently on sale. For example, right now Best Buy has 4K TVs on sale from $159. That's one of the lowest prices I've seen for 4K TVs with generous discounts on big-screen TVs and OLED TVs.
Meanwhile, school may be in session, but if you need a new laptop or want to upgrade from your current device, Best Buy has laptops on sale from $249. The sale includes Chromebooks from $139, Windows machines from $249, and MacBooks on sale from $699. The latter is the lowest price I've seen all year for any MacBook.
Best Buy's sale only lasts through the weekend, so below I've created a cheat sheet with the top deals available now. For more ways to save, also check out our Best Buy promo codes page.

4K TV sale: deals from $159 @ Best Buy
Best Buy has 4K TVs on sale for as low as $159. The sale includes brands like Samsung, Roku, Hisense, LG, and more. While the cheaper sets tend to be smaller screen TVs, Best Buy is also taking up to $1,000 off big-screen TVs with 65-inch models starting for as low as $399.
MacBooks: deals from $699 @ Best Buy
Best Buy is having an epic sale on MacBooks. Right now, Apple's MacBook Airs are on sale from $699. This includes. the MacBook Air (M2) with 16GB of RAM for $699 (an amazing value) and the current-generation MacBook Air (M4) on sale for $799, which is its lowest price ever. If you need more power, the MacBook Pro (M4) is on sale for $1,299.
TVs
This 75-inch Roku TV is a steal at this price. It provides a bright 4K picture, Apple AirPlay support, Apple HomeKit/Amazon Alexa/Google Assistant support, and three HDMI ports. Made by Roku, this TV also features Roku's platform for all your streaming needs.
The TCL QM6K is the perfect deal for a display upgrade. It offers a VRR feature that can push the TV refresh rate to 288Hz and leverages Dolby Vision IQ for sophisticated HDR support. It's a great TV for gamers and comes in a wide range of sizes at incredible prices. We gave it an excellent 4-star rating in our TCL QM6K Mini-LED TV review.
Sony's Bravia 2 II (read as "mark two") launched this year, offering budget pricing on a serious LED screen. While it may not boast sophisticated display technology, it does come equipped with special PS5 features that enhance visuals for gaming, and it's kitted with Google TV, so you have access to all your favorite content, plus tons of free channels.
This Mini-LED TV brings several enticing upgrades for gamers. Built on a 165Hz refresh rate with a Game Mode Ultra mode, the Hisense U7QG is designed to be the best seat in the house for the PS5, Xbox Series X, and even your PC. Add to that one serious sound system in its 2.1.2-channel speaker and you've got a powerhouse of a TV with tons of flare.
The B5 is LG's most affordable OLED of 2025, but don't let that fool you into thinking that it's not a terrific TV for folks looking to save money on an OLED. In addition to supporting 4K gaming at 120Hz, the B5 also supports Dolby Vision HDR and costs significantly less than its higher-end counterparts.
This is the lowest price we've seen so far on the brand-new Hisense U8QG Mini-LED TV. It's one of the brightest TVs we've ever tested, but that's not the only trick up its sleeve. The U8QG is also packed with features for gaming and beyond. And, if you're an A/V enthusiast who values picture accuracy, you're sure to appreciate how well-tuned the U8QG is right out of the box.
It’s not the brightest TV with the most amount of features, but in our TCL Q6 review, we made note of how impressed we were with its accurate out-of-the-box picture. That, combined with its built-in Google TV functionality, make it a great pick for folks who just want to set up a TV and never think about it again.
Laptops
Lenovo's Chromebook balances performance and value in this lightweight package. The Full HD display and Intel processor handle everyday tasks with ease, while Chrome OS ensures quick boot times and seamless cloud integration. An ideal choice for students or casual computing.
If you just need something for basic productivity by day and watching YouTube by night, the IdeaPad 1 will do the job at a super low price. The Intel Celeron processor is enough for your basic typing and spreadsheet work, and multitasking is handled by 4GB of RAM. Plus, for the binge watching, the 15.6-inch HD display is decent.
The Lenovo Ideapad 1i is on sale at Best Buy. This laptop features an Intel Core i5-1334U CPU with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD. You also get a 15.6-inch 1080p touchscreen display. While it's not a gaming powerhouse, this laptop should handle everyday browsing and streaming with ease.
In our MacBook Air M4 review, we said this Editor's Choice laptop is irresistible thanks to its speedy performance, sharper camera and lower starting price. It packs a 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display (2560 x 1664), Apple's M4 CPU w/ 10-core GPU, 16GB of RAM and 256GB SSD.
Save a whopping $450 on the Samsung Galaxy Book 4 360. Its 15.6-inch AMOLED display, Intel Core 7 processor, 16GB RAM, and 512GB storage make it a solid MacBook alternative. It also offers up to 15 hours of battery life so you can use it on the go without worrying about losing power.
Prefer a bigger screen? The 15-inch MacBook Air (M4) is also on sale. It packs a 15.3-inch Liquid Retina display (2880 x 1864), Apple's M4 CPU w/ 10-core GPU, 16GB of RAM, and 256GB SSD.
The MacBook Pro M4 offers amazing battery life and faster performance, along with clever Apple Intelligence features, but the nano-texture display steals the show. We also like the sharper 12MP webcam and additional Thunderbolt port, but the SSD is slower than we expected.
Audio
Need a cheap pair of wired on-ear headphones? These Sony 'phones will do the trick. They're lightweight, sturdy and have 30mm drivers for bright, clear sound. These popular headphones have a 4.5 star rating from over 17,000 Best Buy reviews.
JBL has released numerous low-priced earbuds over the past two years and the Vibe Beam 2 are the best of the group. You get access to a huge range of useful features, including adjustable EQ, IP54 dust/water resistance, 10-hour battery life, and transparency modes to help you stay aware of your surroundings while you enjoy your music.
Beats' iconic rounded, oblong speaker has a new low price. This is a solid little Bluetooth speaker, and in our Beats Pill hands-on review, we enjoyed its top-tier sound and excellent battery life.
Tell me; do you like bass? The kind of low thump that shakes your brain in your skull? I'm certainly not immune to the draw of something that focuses on the low end, and the Crusher ANC bring the grumble in all the right ways. They're about as subtle as a brick wall, but get some party music pumping and you'll be dancing in no time. They're pretty comfy too.
The Sony WH-1000XM4 might not be the newest headphones on the block, but they've got it where it counts. They earned a 4.5 star rating when we tested them in our Sony WH-1000XM4 review, thanks to the game-changing active noise canceling and very good sound quality. Their case is better than both the newer options in the family, and they're potentially more comfortable as well.
