Almost every Garmin is at its lowest ever price in the Black Friday sales — 9 deals I’d shop now
Garmin’s Black Friday deals are exceptional this year
In my decade of testing sports watches and covering big sales events like Black Friday, I've never seen a crop of deals as good as those currently available on Garmin's line-up.
Aside from a couple of new models, pretty much every Garmin watch is reduced right now, and they've all dropped to their lowest price ever. The Garmin Forerunner 265 is $299 at Amazon, which is a return to the cheapest it’s ever been, while the Garmin Fenix 8 is down to $749 at Amazon, its lowest price yet.
I've picked out my nine favorite deals available on Garmin watches right now. I've tested all of these watches myself and been impressed by them, and at these prices they're well worth a look.

Garmin's entry-level running watch is almost always reduced, so this isn't the most exciting discount available right now, but still a great price for a capable tracker that's perfect for beginners in particular.

If you've been asked to get a new runner a watch as a gift, the Forerunner 165 is the one I'd buy. This is Garmin's entry-level AMOLED running watch, and I think it's worth the upgrade on the Forerunner 55 for most people, as it has a brighter display and more features. Both the standard and music model of the Forerunner 165 are reduced by $50 in the sale, so if you don't need the music storage feature you can get the cheaper watch for $199.

I hoped the Forerunner 265 would drop by $100 in the sales, so this $150 saving is an incredible deal for a fantastic AMOLED multisport watch. The 265 offers insightful training analysis and accurate tracking in an attractive and lightweight design. Both sizes of the watch are included in the sale, with the 42mm model being perfect for those with thin wrists.

The rugged Instinct 3 is a great adventure watch with superb battery life, even if you opt for the AMOLED version. All models of the Garmin Instinct 3 are included in the sale, so you have your pick of sizes as well as whether you want that AMOLED display, or the even longer battery life of the solar model with a MIP display.

I don't think you can get a better sports watch than the Forerunner 965 for $449, its lowest ever price. Its a lightweight, attractive AMOLED watch with brilliant tracking, analysis and navigation features. At this price it's $300 cheaper than the newer Forerunner 970 and as much as I love the Forerunner 970, that's too good a deal to turn down if you're picking between the two.

The Epix Pro has now been superseded by the Fenix 8 and Fenix 8 Pro, but this $450 saving means it still worth considering as a top AMOLED adventure watch with a rugged, metallic design. It's packed with features and in the year I used the watch myself, it never let down with its accuracy.

This $450 saving is on the largest 'X' model of the Fenix 7 watch, which means you get incredible battery life of up to 37 days in sunny conditions thanks to its solar panels. If you prefer a MIP display to AMOLED then this is the best deal in the sale, and there are also discounts on the smaller models if you prefer.

This is by far the best deal I've seen on the Garmin Venu X1 so far, which only came out in June this year. It's a huge saving, and at this price the ultra-thin Venu X1 is worth looking at. It has maps and all of Garmin's top training features aside from dual-band GPS and a distinctive square design that plays up it smartwatch credentials as much as its impressive sports tracking.

The Garmin Fenix 8 gets a huge discount in the sale, dropping to its lowest ever price, and unless you need the LTE and satellite connectivity features on the Fenix 8 Pro, I actually prefer the Fenix 8 for its lightweight, slimmer design. This deal is on the steel model of the watch, while the lighter titanium model is going for $849.
