9 Garmin Black Friday deals to shop now — including Fenix 8 at its lowest ever price
I’ve been testing Garmins for a decade and covering big sales events like Black Friday for almost as long, and I don’t think I can remember a crop of Garmin deals as impressive as the one available right now.
Aside from a couple of new models, pretty much every Garmin watch is reduced right now, and not by a small amount. The Garmin Fenix 8 has hit its lowest price ever of $849 at Amazon, while the Garmin Forerunner 265 is $299 at Amazon, which is a return to the cheapest it’s ever been.
Those are far from the only deals available, though. I’ve picked out nine discounts on standout Garmin sports watches worth your time and money right now.

Garmin's most affordable running watch is almost always reduced, so this isn't the most exciting discount available right now, but still a good price for a capable tracker that's great for beginners.

Both the standard and music model of the Forerunner 165 are reduced by $50 in the sale, so if you don't need the music storage feature you can get the cheaper watch for $199. This is Garmin's entry-level AMOLED running watch, and I think it's worth the upgrade on the Forerunner 55 for most people, as it has a brighter display and more features.

Five colors of the Garmin Vivoactive 6 are reduced by $50 on Amazon right now, matching its lowest ever price of $249. The Vivoactive 6 couples useful smart features with Garmin’s reliable sports tracking, and is actually one of the newer device's in the brand's line-up.

I expected the Forerunner 265 to drop by $100 in the sales, so this $150 saving is an outstanding deal for an impressive AMOLED multisport watch. The 265 offers insightful training analysis and accurate tracking in an attractive and lightweight design.

This is the standout deal in the sale for me, because the $150 saving brings the Forerunner 965 to its lowest ever price. It's an incredible sports watch that offers offline maps on top of its detailed tracking and training analysis, and at this price its $300 cheaper and better value than the newer Garmin Forerunner 970.

While the Epix Pro has been superseded by the Fenix 8 and Fenix 8 Pro, this $500 saving means it still worth considering as a top AMOLED adventure watch with a rugged design. It's packed with features, and in the year I used the watch, it never let down with its accuracy.

This $450 saving is on the largest 'X' model of the Fenix 7 watch, which means you get incredible battery life of up to 37 days in sunny conditions thanks to its solar panels. If you prefer a MIP display to AMOLED then this is the best deal in the sale.

This is the first deal I've seen on the Garmin Venu X1, which only came out in June this year. It's a huge saving too, and at this price the ultra-thin Venu X1 is worth looking at. It has maps and all of Garmin's top training features aside from dual-band GPS and a distinctive square design that plays up it smartwatch credentials as much as its impressive sports tracking.

The launch of the Garmin Fenix 8 Pro means the standard Fenix 8 gets a huge discount in the sale. It's at its lowest ever price, and unless you need the LTE and satellite connectivity features on the Fenix 8 Pro, I actually prefer the Fenix 8 for its lightweight, slimmer design.
