This is an absolute steal. I know all too well how hard it is to stock free weights at home, especially if you like using a mix of kit like dumbbells and kettlebells. This 4-in-1 set allows you to switch up weights into dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, or a push-up stand. You get 4 x 2.2lb weight plates, 4 x 2.75lb plates, kettlebell handles, a barbell connecting rod, a kettlebell base rod and 2 dumbbell bars. There are also deals available if you need heavier weight sets. Strength training at home solved.
This kit comes with a suspension trainer, straps, and bands, allowing you to take your full-body bodyweight or calisthenics training home with you. Flyes, push-ups, core work, rows, and more are all possible. I absolutely love working with suspension trainers. You get dynamic resistance bands and adjustable straps, and this trainer secures to doorways, walls, or outdoor fixtures. There are also dual-lock carabiners that provide stability for high-intensity routines.
Pull-up bars aren't just for pull-ups; you can perform plenty of hanging exercises like L-sits or leg raises on them. This one is sturdy as it's wall-mounted, allowing you to work on upper-body strength from home without fear, as it holds up to 300lbs of weight. It also features multi-grip positions padded with soft foam, which also helps grip.
Sliders don't look like much, but if you use them properly, you unlock a whole host of exercises like spiderman push-ups, plank knee tucks and Cossack squats. The dual sides allow for work on carpet and hard floors, and you can use your hands or feet!
When you head to your mat, you need a kit that will target your whole body. This set includes push-up bars, an exercise mat, resistance bands, an ab wheel roller, wrist wraps, a jump rope and a guide book, plus more. My mind boggled when I saw all of this for just $23. Think of the core and upper-body workouts you can do with just a set of push-up bars and an ab roller, let alone a mat, a mix of bands and rope!
