I teach people to be more mobile: 3 products I'd buy during Prime Day to help you achieve it

A large chunk of my job is dedicated to helping people build mobility, especially as there's such a focus on anti-aging and longevity routines right now.

There are three products I always turn to when working with clients toward this goal, and during Amazon Prime Day sales, you can save on all three of them. Your fitness goals shouldn't have to break the bank, and with these deals, they don't need to.

For example, one of my favorite sets of resistance bands just dropped to $7 @ Amazon.

Here's what you need to know and how to make a saving during this week's Prime Day sales.

These are a great middle-ground option that also fall below $10. They are loop bands, so great for mobility, Pilates, weightlifting, or yoga, and they come in light (blue) to X-heavy (black). They're made from 100% natural latex, and I find they typically hold in place without snapping up your legs.

CAP Hex dumbbell

These dumbbells come in varying weights, and the hex shape makes them stable for floor work, which is why I prefer them to adjustable dumbbells, which are typically rounded.

I use these weights for shoulder openers and stiletto squats in particular (for the latter, try placing your heels on the handle), which are brilliant mobility exercises. Check out this 10-minute shoulder routine to get you started after purchase.

You don't need to be a Pilates expert to benefit from some of the products used in the classes, but you will receive a free guide with your purchase if you want guidance. I add Pilates rings and Pilates balls to my clients' mobility routines to build strength and stability, as they both help engage all those small stabilizing muscles in the body and are effective for core workouts. Try this Pilates ring workout and this Pilates ball workout for inspiration.
