When is ‘Wicked: For Good’ streaming — here’s our best guess

“Wicked: For Good” has officially arrived on the big screen and has already brought home the big bucks. The second act of the blockbuster feature adaptation of the Broadway phenomenon sees Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande return as Elphaba and Glinda, and has already grossed more than $500 million at the box office since its Nov. 21, 2025, opening day.

But for the most part, “Wicked: For Good” is already leaving theaters, though you can still catch it on the silver screen in some markets. So, now the question is: when is “Wicked: For Good” coming to streaming services?

Well, I have good news. We don't yet know when this magical musical is coming to Peacock, which will eventually be its streaming home. But it's already available to buy or rent from digital storefronts like Amazon and Apple TV. So here's how you can watch "Wicked: For Good" at home, and our best guess for when this movie is coming to streaming.

As we already mentioned, you can buy or rent "Wicked: For Good" now to watch at home. You can buy or rent the movie digitally from premium video-on-demand streaming services (PVOD) like Amazon, Apple TV and Fandango at Home.

Now, this blockbuster musical sequel comes from Universal Pictures, as did its predecessor. So we can examine the timeline of both the first “Wicked” movie and how Universal typically handles streaming releases to give us a reasonable indication when “Wicked: For Good” could be available to stream at home as part of your Peacock subscription.

Universal usually drops its new movies on PVOD roughly three to six weeks after they hit theatres. “Wicked: For Good” did exactly that, arriving on PVOD about six weeks after its theatrical debut. After its PVOD run, “Wicked: For Good” will then (almost certainly) head back to Kansas, aka Universal’s streaming service Peacock.

“Wicked” arrived on Peacock on March 21, 2025, almost four months after its PVOD debut. This is largely standard for Universal movies, so we expect “Wicked: For Good” to follow a similar pattern. “Wicked: For Good” should be available to stream on Peacock in March 2026.

Remember, that's just an estimate. Until we hear official word from Universal, we can only give our best guess as to when "Wicked: For Good" will arrive on Peacock.
