Massive Apple leak reveals over 30 upcoming products — iPhone Fold, cheap MacBook, smart glasses, AirTag 2 and more
Prepare yourselves. 2026 is going to be a big one for Apple
Three things are inevitable: death, taxes, and Apple rumors and leaks. But not even I, someone who has reported on leaks for years, was ready for one this big.
MacRumors is reporting a list of unreleased device codenames that were found in a prototype build of iOS 26 that was accidentally sold to a customer. This list includes the return of a lot of fan favorites — including the AirTag 2 and HomePod mini 2 — alongside some that seem to confirm some additional rumors we’ve been hearing.
These include Apple’s new smart glasses, a budget MacBook with A18 Pro and more. Let’s get into them.
What devices is Apple set to launch?
- Based on this leak, we can basically see the entire launch portfolio for 2026.
- New iPhones, new Macs, new smart glasses and home tech are all referenced.
In this prototype build of iOS 26 (which was called iOS 19 internally at the time), there were codenames of a lot of unreleased devices. Shared anonymously with MacRumors and corroborated with reports by Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, we've just been given a very clear view of what seems to be the full 2026 release slate of Apple devices — along with a couple of devices in 2027.
Spoiler alert: a lot of the rumors we’ve been reporting seem to be on the money.

That’s a lot of new stuff, but that’s not all of it, as there were codenames for some devices we don’t even know about yet!
What are the unknowns?
- Codenames that aren’t linked to any rumored devices also leaked too. Here are my best guesses.
- N209 and N216: Based on Apple watches sporting codenames starting with N2, these could be new Apple Watch SEs
- N110: The cheaper Apple Vision Pro is N109, so could this be a different color or upgraded version?
- J349, J190 and J226: These codenames don’t share links to other product lines, so I have no idea!
All we can do is guess what these unknown devices are, which is what I’ve tried to do by tying the codename structure back to the ways Apple typically does things.

But one thing has become immediately apparent: there’s a lot of new hardware in the Cupertino crew’s future, and I’m hyped for it! There’s a lot in this list that are Apple listening to its audience (a new HomePod mini - finally!), and 2026 should be a big year for the company moving properly into smart glasses.
