4. The EZ-Gig II Backup Suite

The EZ-Gig II utility contains two data transfer tools, Clone EZ and Image EZ.

Hard Drive Duplication With Clone EZ

With only a few mouse clicks, Clone EZ creates a 1:1 (sector by sector) copy of the content of the internal disk on the external drive.

We recommend that less experienced users choose the "Automatic Upgrade" option. When this is selected, the user only needs to select the source and the destination drives and then confirm the selection. The software then handles all other settings.

First, the user selects the source drive ....

...and then the target drive.

More experienced users who wish to change the partition size(s) on the target drive as well have to select "Expert Mode."
