Garmin's Q4 2025 earnings call not only showed off some record-breaking revenue numbers for the company, but also gave some indication of what we can expect from the brand in 2025.
As well as talking about industry-wide challenges like the memory shortage, Pemble suggested 2026 would be a big year for the outdoor segment of the business.
A big year for Garmin’s outdoor products
“Looking forward, we expect full year growth in Outdoor to accelerate in 2026 compared to 2025,” said Garmin CEO Cliff Pemble “Driven by a significant number of new product introductions.
Garmin has moved to a yearly cycle with its top-of-the-line Fenix watch line, so I would expect the Garmin Fenix 9 to arrive in 2026 even though it’s not named specifically in the report, but there could also be a broader refresh of the line-up.
This could include a new flagship memory-in-pixel watch, since the Garmin Fenix 8 Pro only launched with AMOLED and MicroLED models last year. A successor to the Garmin Enduro 3 could be on the cards.
Any new watches look set to arrive in the second half of 2026 based on the report, with Pemble saying they “expect stronger performance in the back half of the year due to the timing of product launches.”
Garmin ‘well prepared’ for memory shortage
The global shortage of memory is a problem facing the entire tech industry but Pemble addressed the issue directly in the call and suggested Garmin is prepared to meet demand for its products.

“We've always used inventory as a business tool, and we have intentionally increased inventory
levels of certain components and products to ensure we can meet long-term demand,” said Pemble.
“We also have strong relationships with our suppliers and are working closely with them to meet the expected demand for our products.
“While no one wishes to see supply chain challenges, we believe we are well prepared.”
