I use this Shark robot vacuum every day. It just hit its lowest-ever price ahead of Amazon's Big Spring Sale, and I totally recommend it

As we make our way into spring, it's the perfect time to start cleaning your home like a madman (or madwoman). Whether it's having a big clear-out of old clothes you just don't wear anymore, or pulling out the sofas to clean behind them, it's a great time to make your home feel refreshed.

I don't know about you, but despite my current urge to rid my house of any signs of life, I find it so difficult to find the time. Between the 9-to-5, working out and seeing friends, I'm exhausted by the time it comes to getting the cleaning done. Luckily, one of the best robot vacuums from Shark, the PowerDetect 2-in-1 ThermaCharged NeverTouch can remedy this issue.

Shark Powerdetect Thermacharged Nevertouch: was $1,199 now $649 at Amazon

The Shark PowerDetect 2-in-1 ThermaCharged NeverTouch is a premium, fully autonomous robot vacuum and mop. It offers excellent performance on hard floors and carpets, with a highly effective mopping mode and a totally fuss-free NeverTouch dock. It's usually pretty expensive but with the current 46% price reduction, this home gadget is an absolute no-brainer.

This robot vacuum is usually priced at $1,199, so a 46% price drop is one you don't want to miss out on. This gadget makes keeping up with home maintenance a total breeze.

You can set up cleaning schedules, so you don't even need to be on hand to start a cleaning cycle. In fact, you could leave the vacuum alone for over a month, and it would still keep doing its job incredibly well.

This is thanks to the NeverTouch system that comes as a perk of the charging dock. The docking station has a dust bin, where the vacuum self-empties. This is a great feature and even has a deodorizer which keeps the area around the vacuum smelling fresh.

But the stars of the show (in my opinion) are the water tanks. There is a clean water tank where the floor cleaner goes and a dirty water tank for after the mop has cleaned itself.

And yes, I do mean cleaned itself, because unlike other mops that simply sit and wait for you to remove and clean them, the NeverTouch technology does the work for you. It heats water from the tank to 185ºF to kill any bacteria on the mop pad while the robot vacuum is docked, and then dries it with 175ºF air.

This means no damp smelly mops, and a cleaning experience that you really don't need to get involved with, leaving you with more time to tackle other tasks in the home that a robot just can't do... yet.
