New on Peacock in September 2025 — All the New Shows and Movies to Watch

Long summer days are winding down, and the weather's getting cooler: September is here, and Peacock is serving up a fresh batch of fall content.

Fans of "The Office" should tune into "The Paper," which drops viewers into the century-old newsroom of Toledo’s "The Truth Teller," where publisher Helen Holt enlists former Dunder Mifflin accountant Oscar Martinez to help her bring the paper into the modern age. Horror fans can mark their calendars for "Screamboat," a slasher based on the classic Disney short "Steamboat Willie." Finally, "Love Island Games" season 2 finds Ariana Madix gathering standout Islanders from the U.S., U.K., Australia editions and beyond for a new round of high-stakes coupling, sweaty challenges and surprise vote-offs.

When the documentary crew that once chronicled life at "The Office" workplace, Dunder Mifflin, heads west, they set up shop in Toledo, Ohio, where "The Truth Teller", a 150-year-old paper, becomes their next obsession. The paper's publisher is determined to bring the newsroom into the digital age before the presses come to a permanent halt. To help balance decades of creative accounting, Oscar Martinez (Oscar Nuñez) is recruited to make a difference. His spreadsheets and prowess might tip the scales between a comeback and a clearance sale on office chairs.

Think this is a Mickey Mouse movie? It's anything but. A routine midnight ferry run across New York Harbor turns into a nightmare when "Steamboat Willie" (David Howard Thornton) scampers aboard. The former mascot has soured after years of mistreatment, and now he has a taste for blood. With the ferry passengers trapped with Willie, they've got to find a way to escape before he turns them all into mincemeat.
