Hulu is one of the best streaming services for finding new movies to watch. Not only does it regularly add classic films to its library, but because Disney owns it, it's the streaming home for new releases from several Disney-owned studios as well as a handful of notable indie studios.
Basically, Hulu is the perfect place to start building your next movie marathon. Today, I have three movies, all recently added to Hulu, that are a must-watch this weekend. First, there's "Mike & Nick & Nick & Alice," a sci-fi action comedy that debuted recently at South by Southwest. Then, there's "Dangerous Animals," a survival horror movie set at sea among the sharks, and "Sentimental Value," which just won Best International Feature Film at the Oscars.
So, without further delay, here are the three new to Hulu movies you need to stream this weekend. For more recommendations, check out the full list of everything new to Hulu in March 2026.

'Sentimental Value' (2025)
Genre: Norwegian drama
What's it about? Sisters Nora (Renate Reinsve) and Agnes (Inga Ibsdotter Lilleaas) are reunited with their estranged father Gustav (Stellan Skarsgård), whom they haven't seen in decades. But things get complicated when he brings an actress, Rachel (Elle Fanning), into their lives, and the daughters quickly resent him for his empathetic treatment of her.
Why you need to watch it: This drama from acclaimed director Joachim Trier won the Oscar this year for Best International Feature Film, but it also won us over here at Tom's Guide. Managing Streaming Editor Kelly Woo was blown away by it, declaring it one of her top movies of 2025.
