Does Steelcase offer free shipping?
Steelcase offers a range of shipping options at the checkout, with most orders eligible for FedEx Ground. This service is free for all orders to the contiguous USA that weigh under 150 pounds.
If your order does not qualify for FedEx Ground, Standard delivery will cost 15% of your order total (for a minimum of $99 and a maximum of $299). With this service, the team can bring your item indoors upon arrival. However, this can add an additional 5–15 days on to shipping times.
Can Steelcase set up and install my products?
Yes, installation is available to add to your order at the checkout for 20% of your order total (for a minimum of $249 and a maximum of $399). Choosing this option means the team will unload, assemble and arrange your product upon arrival, as well as remove any packaging. Note that choosing this option may add an additional 5-15 days to deliver times.
Do Steelcase offer warranties?
Depending on the product, your Steelcase order will be covered for between 5 - 12 years. Your warranty only covers against manufacturer faults and not any damage resulting from normal use or wear and tear. You can find more details on the warranties Steelcase currently offer on their website.
What is the Steelcase return policy?
You can return any items to Steelcase for a refund, so long as you do within 30 days of purchase, and your item is returned in its original packaging, and unused or in like-new condition.
For ergonomic chairs being returned from the contiguous USA, returns shipping is completely free. However, non-ergonomic chairs or other furniture will incur a 15% restocking fee, whilst orders returned from addresses outside the contiguous US will incur a 12% fee.
