Private Internet Access has released its Black Friday deal, and it’s offering even more with its already affordable plans. Here's what you get:

🚀 Highly configurable
📱 Unlimited simultaneous connections
🗽 Servers in every US state
❌ Complex apps better suited to experts

PIA’s 24-month subscription costs $2.03 per month ($48.72 up front pre-tax) and includes 4 FREE months. There's a 30-day money-back guarantee, and you can pay with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies for anonymity.

PIA has a lot to offer as both one of the most private VPNs and one of the best cheap VPNs on the market. However, there are a few key areas where PIA falls behind the competition.

Like PIA, Surfshark offers unlimited simultaneous connections, and comes with more extra cybersecurity features. It's slightly more expensive than PIA at $2.19 per month – but this reduction is on its Surfshark One tier, which bundles in a VPN and antivirus for just $0.11 more than PIA's Basic subscription. If you just want a VPN, however, Surfshark is even cheaper than PIA at $1.99 per month.

Proton VPN, widely regarded as one of the most secure VPNs, has reduced its price by 75%, making it $2.49 per month. While it is a little more expensive than PIA, it's a good option if you want a super-secure but super-fast VPN. As one of the fastest VPNs on the market, it has PIA beaten when it comes to performance, offering peak speeds of over 1,500 Mbps compared to PIA's 621 Mbps.

PIA offers a huge amount of configurability; however, this does mean that its apps are a lot less beginner-friendly than other VPNs. If this sounds too daunting, ExpressVPN offers simpler, more streamlined apps that are perfect for beginners. It's also currently at the lowest price it's ever been at $2.44 per month, thanks to its surprise Black Friday deal.
