With Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days upon us, we're in for another wave of massive discounts coming our way. So, if you were counting on bagging yourself an all-new monitor for your PC, prepare to get saving right now.
Already, I've spotted plenty of big deals on some of our favorite monitors, including some absolute bargains. That includes this ultra-wide 34-inch Samsung ViewFinity that's $110 off at Amazon right now, along with this 32-inch Samsung Odyssey G6 with a $360 price cut.
Even one of the best monitors around has seen a dip, with the 27-inch Alienware AW2725QF now being just under $100 off and the always-impressive 49-inch Samsung Odyssey G9 being a whopping $320 off.
I've been tracking down Prime Day deals for over six years, and I'm already seeing some worthy discounts to jump on. This cheap 24" 1080p monitor gives you two built-in 5W speakers, and it's a fantastic pick for a simple second monitor or to get work done on. It even comes with a 100Hz refresh rate. Not bad for $119, and it makes for an affordable display for work or even for kids.
For more of an ultra-wide view, grab this 34-inch Samsung ViewFinity S50GC with an ultra-WQHD (3440 x 1440) display. It comes with a 100Hz refresh rate, 5ms response time and a borderless design that makes for a better-looking display on your desk. This one's great for productivity, and at this price, it's hard to go wrong.
This is a nice productivity monitor that can game in a pinch, as the 32-inch IPS display is capable of achieving 4K resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels) at a refresh rate of 60Hz. And since it supports AMD FreeSync, you can count on some smooth entry-level gaming performance.
This ones a heavy hitter for its price, and it's considered great for work, photo and video edits, and even some light gaming. That's due to the Dell S2725QS offers a bright 4K display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Gaming monitors
This 27-inch Samsung monitor packs a lot of gamer-friendly features. You get AMD FreeSync support, 180Hz refresh rate, a response time of only 1ms and a “Virtual Aim Point” all make this extremely affordable monitor an enticing prospect for first-person shooter fans.

Expect a 31.5-inch QHD (2560 x 1440) display with an immersive 1500R curvature, along with a 180Hz refresh rate and fast 0.5 response time. It's HDR-rated, too, with AMD FreeSync and low motion blur tech, so expect some impressive visuals when playing games on this value-packed panel.
Now $140 off, it's hard to miss this ultra-wide curved Samsung Odyssey G5. It delivers a QHD (2560 x 1440) curved display with a 165Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time. For competitive shooters and graphically demanding games, this monitor will shine for its price.

For a curved ultra-wide OLED display, you'll want to check out this LG UltraGear 34GS95QE, especially now that it's under $1,000! With its 34-inch WQHD 1400p resolution, 240Hz refresh rate and ultra-fast 0.03 response time, this is a wicked monitor for all PC gaming. Its 800R curve also makes everything on screen more immersive, while Nvidia G-Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro support offer tear-free gameplay. If you're a fan of a white PC setup, then this will do the trick.
One of our favorite monitors we've tested, this 27-inch MSI MPG 272URX may be quite the mouthful, but it boasts some of the best visuals for productivity and gaming thanks to its QD-OLED panel. In our MSI MPG 272URX review, we stated that we were mightily impressed with every color accuracy and its 4K resolution with a 240Hz refresh rate and 0.03 response rate.
