Many of these shortcuts have been standard for years. Or had Mozilla not implemented them until recently? I remember using Netscape 2 and IE3 back in the day, and with both of those I regularly browsed mouse-free. Machine-gunning the Ctrl-W shortcut was very useful before popup blockers were around, as sometimes what you thought was an innocuous link would end up opening several extra windows full of adverts, each one spawning more when you closed it.
