Does CASETiFY offer free shipping?
Yes, customers can get free shipping on orders over certain minimum spends (usually around $35 - $50 depending on currently active promotions). For orders under any minimum totals or ones placed outside of free shipping promotions, fees generally cost $5 - $10 depending on which items you order and where they're shipping to. Standard delivery usually arrives in 7 - 10 working days, but you can also pay an additional fee for expedited shipping if you want to receive your goods faster (in 3 - 5 working days).
How does the CASETiFY Club work?
Customers can sign up for CASETiFY Club - the brand's loyalty program - completely free to earn extra rewards for repeat purchases. Just create an account for free through the dedicated page on the brand's site to get started.
Once a member, you'll be sent a one-time introductory code for between 10 - 15% off, plus every $1 you spend via the brand's store will earn you 1 point, with new tiers reached by hitting certain point totals.
You'll reach the first tier, Bronze, once you've earned 50 points. When you reach Bronze, you'll be sent a code for 15% off, plus your warranties will be extended to 6 months.
The next tier, Silver, is reached at 120 points, and nets you 12-month warranties, a free birthday gift each year, a one-time code for 20% off your next order, and a permanent 10% off selected items through members-only deals.
Finally, you'll hit Gold at 200 points, which boosts your members discount to 15% off. You'll also get early access to pre-orders and members sales, and you'll be sent another one-off code for 30% off.
Is there a CASETiFY app?
The CASETiFY app lets you browse the brand's range, place and manage orders, and view your CASETiFY Club progress and rewards from your mobile. You'll find dedicated features to help you create custom designs, plus you'll get notifications whenever there's a new deal or sale for you to enjoy. You can download the app for free for both Android and iOS through the Google Play or Apple App store respectively.
What is the CASETiFY returns policy?
You can send items back to CASETiFY for any reason for a refund , so long as you do so within 10 days of receiving your order. However, you will be expected to arrange and pay for your own return shipping, and any custom orders will incur a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.

Just sign in to or create an account and you'll be sent a one-time code for 15% off your order once your eligibility has been confirmed. Note that student discounts cannot be used on new launches, certain collaboration collections (e.g. Harry Potter or Disney), and can only be applied to full-price items.

How to use a CASETiFY coupon

- Choose one you want to use and click "Get code" to reveal it in a new tab.
- Copy your code for later, then head back to your old tab to reach the CASETiFY site.
- Start shopping, adding the products, you want to purchase to your cart as you go.

How we test coupon codes
All the coupon codes we list on our pages have been tested by our deals & offers teams to ensure they work as intended before being uploaded. You’ll find a wide range of coupons on Tom’s Guide, including free shipping offers, student discounts, and savings on various kinds of products.
To ensure that all listed codes are available to use, we don’t include any one-time use or user-specific coupons. We also provide as much information as we can to keep things as clear as possible - any expiry dates or terms & conditions will be listed alongside the code. What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
We take care to only list tried & tested coupons on our pages, so all codes should be active and confer the listed discount or deal. However, although we keep up to date with expiry dates and any terms & conditions, sometimes retailers change these before we can update our pages.
Should a coupon fail to work as expected, check you meet any listed requirements. These can include minimum spends, multibuy offers, or product-specific promotions (i.e. 10% off selected tablets). You can view all associated requirements by clicking “View terms and conditions” below your code.

How we make money
Tom’s Guide makes money from coupons through a commission-based model. We have agreements in place with each retailer on our site - for every purchase made using one of our coupons or deals, we earn a small percentage of the order total back in commission.
Thanks to this model, we can save our customers money without charging them a thing. You won’t pay a penny to get the discounts listed on our pages, so whichever code or deal you choose, you’ll get exactly what it says on the tin.
