FDA Warns Internet Users of Swine Flu Scams
The FDA has warned people fearing the H1N1 virus against purchasing remedies online.
Some people are really freaked out by the prospect of swine flu. Don't get me wrong, nobody wants to get sick, and swine flu is horrendous. But the fact of the matter is that the chances you'll die from it aren't as high as some people would have you believe. Yes, a select number are definitely taking the panic to 11; and now the FDA is warning those trying to treat or prevent Swine Flu at home that the people they're buying 'remedies' from could just be taking advantage of them.
MSNBC reports that the FDA has sent letters to promoters of more than 140 swine flu-related products. The report goes on to say that the FDA bought and tested five products, each of them said to contain Tamiflu, a drug only available with a prescription from your doctor. The FDA found that one contained powdered talc and generic Tylenol, while several others contained some Tamiflu but were not approved for sale in the U.S.

P.S. It astounds me that Tamiflu requires a prescription... perhaps the FDA just wants to make sure the stock doesn't run out. For the uninitiated, Tamiflu is derived from Pine-needles... PINE-NEEDLES!

These so-called life saving vaccines contain Thimerasol, the same preservative that is banned from use in nearly all other countries except the US due to the controversial roles linked to autism and other brain disorders.
