Does iFixit offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders worth more than £65 come with free standard shipping, whilst orders under this total will incur variable fees depending on what you're ordering. Any applicable fees will be displayed at the checkout before you place your order. Your order should arrive in 1 - 4 working days after your items have been dispatched.
Is there an iFixit app?
Customers can download the iFixit app for free for Android and iOS through the Google Play and Apple App stores. Using the app gives you access to a wealth of repair guides and advice on the go, including how-tos for repairing specific devices such as phones and laptops. You'll also find guides on troubleshooting, running diagnostics and getting device insights to help you get the most out of your gadgets.
Are iFixit products covered by a warranty?
Many iFixit products are covered by the brand's lifetime warranty, meaning you can expect them to last as long as you have them. Other items such as batteries are covered by a 1-year warranty, which applies from your date of purchase. Should you run into any manufacturer faults and defects with items under warranty, you'll need to contact iFixit to confirm your issue, then mail your item to them. Once the brand receives and inspects your product and your claim confirmed valid, your shipping costs will be refunded and a replacement will be sent to you.
Can I return items to iFixit?
Yes, should you change your mind for whatever reason, you can send items back to iFixit within 14 days of the date of your purchase. However, you'll need to do organise your own shipping and do so at your own cost. Items will be inspected upon receipt, with deductions made from your total if your item is not received in its original condition. Make sure to contact the team before you ship your item to confirm your return.

iFixit regularly discounts items across its range in sales, including seasonal events around holidays like Christmas, Black Friday and New Year's. Although not as widespread as sales from some other tech brands, iFixit's parts and tools sales can discount selected items between 10 - 90% off depending on the product, making it a great way to save.
Join iFixit Pro for business

The scheme offers professional organisations, including schools, government agencies, and charities, additional benefits to bring them extra value from their orders. We want to make sure every voucher is ready to use whenever someone visits one of our pages, so we don’t include any user-specific or one-time use codes. What to do if a voucher code doesn’t work
