We rate the Helix Midnight Luxe as one of the best hybrid mattresses you can buy, thanks to its blend of zoned support coils and plush memory foam comfort layers. It's the best mattress for side sleepers we've ever tested, but its medium-firm tension, robust support core and targeted lumbar support make it an excellent option for back sleepers too. The plush pillow top cover dampens motion across the top of the mattress (great news for bed sharers) and support along the edge is reliable too. The Luxe comes with a breathable Tencel cover as standard, but very hot sleepers have the option to update to two different cooling covers. Helix mattress sales typically range between 20% and 25% but the current mattress sale takes 27% off when you use our TOMS27 code at the checkout — that matches the biggest discount of the year.

Plus, it's the best cooling mattress under $1,000 we've tested. The current deal is strong but 32% off the CopperFlex Pro is the best Brooklyn Bedding mattress sale we've seen on this bed so far this year, so it could be worth waiting until closer to Black Friday itself to buy at the lowest possible price.
