Two siblings (Justin Long and Gina Philips) make their way home for spring break after being away at college. An old truck begins to aggressively tailgate them, but after it passes, the danger seems to have subsided. Crazed chases ensue, set to copious usage of the song "Jeepers Creepers," which sounds just as spine-tingling as you think it does.
