Sporting the 9" stand
The Orbit MP sports a more traditional design, but also comes with a 9" stand for optimum face-viewing, and this doesn't affect the performance of the camera one bit. Just remember to be gentle when attaching or removing the camera to or from its base. For those of you who like thick bases, the original stand is for you, which is roughly the size of a baseball. I recommend using the stand, as it provides a nice touch. The Orbit also has a red LED whenever it's on.
However, the Live Motion has garnered attention just by sitting there due to the illuminated rim. So if you're a stickler for aesthetic design first, the Live Motion is for you.
