3. Casio Exilim EX-S10
Exilims are often some of the most seductive models on the market, and this EX-S10 doesn’t break that rule. It’s one of the prettiest models available at the moment, and also one of the most slender. This camera isn’t hard to hold, even if your thumb tends to slip down over the immense screen.
The screen is so wide because, to the right of the image, it also displays a sort of dock, which makes all the camera’s settings accessible super quickly. This is particularly practical when you want to modify certain settings without navigating through sub-menus.
There’s no wide angle on the Casio, just a 36-108 mm lens that only represents a 3x zoom range. This model is a little limited compared to others on our list, but it would be difficult to do better with a casing so thin.
In terms of photos, the texture of the images is sometimes off, along with the general colorimetry, which tends on the whole to be faded and have little contrast. There are no surprises when it comes to the geometry of the lens: a strong barrel distortion effect is visible at 36 mm. It’s the same for the vignetting, present once again on this compact camera. Finally, the video function continues to be very basic, 640x480 pixels for quality that barely passes.

I was surprized by the poor quality of the review. This article doesn't contain more than basic features of the cameras even less than advertized on the products websites. To list 7 models and put thei pic isn't enough for an article!! what about real life experience like photos qualities , speed, battery life, connectivity etc.
Sorry THG you r starting to loose me big time! I used to make decisions based on your reviews but with articles of this quality I can make better researches by myself!!
Hope that you will improve!! - just go and read old reviews from years 2002-2004 and stick to this format. Copy paste from product websites doesn't work!
If you really want to learn more about cameras, you should be going to dpreview.com, that is the best site for anyone interested in digital photography.
