It's 4am and you're staring at the ceiling, calculating just how much sleep you'll get if you drift off right that second. Every member of the Tom's Guide sleep team has been there, which is why we've tried all kinds of tricks, tips and products to avoid the dreaded late night wake-ups.

Of them all, the products below have earned the seal of approval from our sleep team. Some, like calming tea and body pillows, help us fall faster into a deeper, less disrupted sleep. Other, like eye masks and weighted blankets, are the things we reach for at 4am to fall back to sleep quicker.
