Mark your calendars! The next Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event is set for Wednesday, July 22 in London, UK. Samsung has yet to confirm what'll be announced, but it's almost certain we'll see the manufacturer's new Galaxy Z line of foldable phones.

If you're interested in upgrading, you can make your reservation now at Samsung and get a $30 Samsung credit for free. Additionally, you'll get access to an enhanced trade-in credit of up to $1,200. Combined, you could save up to $1,230 by reserving early. I've been covering Samsung deals for years and the company's Reserve deal is typically the best deal you'll see on its new launches. Galaxy Z Series: free $30 credit + $1,200 trade-in @ Samsung
Get a free $30 Samsung credit when you register your interest in one of Samsung's new Galaxy Z phone launches. The site doesn't mention the Galaxy Z by name, but all signs point to this being what gets announced on July 22. Additionally, you'll get an enhanced trade-in credit of up to $1,200 when you trade-in your old phone. Plus, you'll be entered to win one of ten $500 Samsung gift cards.

This summer's Galaxy Unpacked event could unveil a trio of foldable phones: the Galaxy Z Flip 8, Galaxy Z Fold 8, and Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra. The difference between the latter two is that the Galaxy Z Fold 8 will sport a new, wider aspect ratio, whereas the Ultra will stick with the conventional design, but offer better specs. (You can see a side-by-side comparison of the rumored specs here).

Both phones will likely use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 for Galaxy, so when it comes to raw power you can expect similar performance from both phones. The differences are expected to come in screen sizes, battery life, and price. The rumored Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra will also likely be Samsung's main competitor to the rumored iPhone Ultra, which could be Apple's first foldable phone.

Whether you decide to buy a new Galaxy foldable or not, the free $30 Samsung credit is a no brainer as there's no commitment involved. Plus, it gets you an enhanced trade-in credit of up to $1,200 should you decide to lockdown one of Samsung's new phones.
