"The Pitt" season 2 continues on HBO Max this week, and now that we've got the preview teaser for episode 3 and heard what Robby (Noah Wyle) had to say — "I should've left last night" — it sure seems like this'll be another eventful hour at the Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center.

Last we left off, Robby and Dr. Al-Hasimi (Sepideh Moafi) were discussing AI's role in healthcare, but a college student who'd been tased in the neck interrupted their chat. And, per the preview synopsis, a motorcycle collision's due to bring a husband and wife into the ER, and Robby's about to bond with a Tree of Life survivor.

"The Pitt" season 2 episode 3 is airing on HBO Max on January 22, 2026, at 6 p.m. PT / 9 p.m. ET. That's no change from last week's release, so you can sit down for another dose of stressful medical drama at the usual time.

Here's when "The Pitt" season 2 episode 3 will drop elsewhere around the world:

  • Canada – 6 p.m. PT / 9 p.m. ET
  • India – 7:30 a.m .IST, January 23
  • Singapore – 10 a.m. SGT, January 23
  • Australia – 1 p.m. AEDT, January 23

Despite the series' popularity, "The Pitt" still isn't streaming in the U.K., as Sky and its streamer NOW have been the regular home for the likes of "The White Lotus," "The Last Of Us" and "House of the Dragon," but not "The Pitt."

However, U.K. viewers may finally be able to get in on the acclaimed medical drama soon, as HBO Max is due to launch in the territory this March. Hopefully, that means U.K. readers can plan a binge-watch!
