I just got a $50 Amazon voucher by signing up for this VPN – here's how

It's NordVPN's birthday and I just got a $50 Amazon voucher for signing up. We rate NordVPN as the best VPN overall and it's celebrating by running a limited-time deal – and giving away free Amazon vouchers.

Americans, Canadians, Aussies, and Brits will receive Amazon vouchers worth 20, 40, or 50 USD/CAD/AUD/GBP, with prices increasing at each plan tier. Prices remain unchanged, starting at $3.89 per month, and simply see the addition of a voucher.

The rest of the world, excluding the Netherlands, will see NordVPN's price drop to $3.09 per month, plus three months free. Dutch subscribers will also receive a voucher. But rather than Amazon, it's for Bol.com. Vouchers worth €10, €20, and €30 are being handed out.

The offer runs from today (February 11) until April 1 2026. It isn't the best NordVPN deal I've ever seen – prices have previously dropped below $3 per month – but it's certainly worth exploring if you're planning on an Easter online shopping spree.

NordVPN is our #1-rated VPN. It boasts a great combination of speed, privacy, security, and features, and will suit almost every VPN need.

What you'll get...

🚀 1,000+ Mbps speeds
📺 The best VPN for streaming unblocking
🔒 Class-leading privacy & security
❌ Not the cheapest VPN

A 2-year plan starts at $3.89 per month ($93.36 upfront pre-tax) and includes a $20 Amazon voucher. There's also a 30-day money-back guarantee should you want to claim a refund.

Up to $50 in Amazon vouchers

NordVPN handed out free Amazon vouchers back in 2025 and it's back at it to celebrate its birthday. NordVPN Plus is the cheapest plan to include a voucher, and these increase in value as plans get more expensive:

There's no voucher included with NordVPN Basic. Its price is staying the same, $3.39 per month ($81.36 upfront).

If you don't like NordVPN then you can claim a refund with its 30-day money-back guarantee. But be aware, if you cancel you won't get your voucher. They're delivered between 31 and 50 days after purchase.

If you're not in any of the five countries mentioned above, NordVPN is throwing in three extra months with a two-year plan. Prices start at $3.09 per month ($83.43 upfront pre-tax).

Why I rate NordVPN so highly

It's not surprising NordVPN is so popular, and it's a VPN I keep coming back to. It's packed full of features including post-quantum encryption support, Double VPN, and a kill switch. Plus there's 8,000+ servers covering 181 locations in 130 countries worldwide.

NordVPN is the best streaming VPN I've used. It unblocked every streaming service I tested it with, including Disney+, all regions of Netflix, and BBC iPlayer – perfect for when I want to watch Doctor Who away from home. The only service it failed to unblock was US YouTube, but it's not alone in stumbling on this test.

Threat Protection Pro is an excellent feature that comes bundled with NordVPN Plus and above. It performed very well in our testing and it blocks ads, trackers, and malware. It runs in the background on my laptop, even when I'm not connected to NordVPN. NordVPN Plus, and above, plans also come with NordPass, one of the best password managers – ideal for generating and storing secure passwords.

Premium NordVPN plans come with encrypted cloud storage and NordProtect. The latter is a US-exclusive and turns your NordVPN plan into a full cybersecurity suite. There's ID theft insurance, cyber extortion insurance, and credit monitoring.

NordVPN can be used on up to 10 devices and it completes annual third-party privacy and security audits – passing with flying colors each time. Price is the only downside to NordVPN but if you like what you see, and fancy a free gift card, it's worth checking out.
