"Too good to be true" deals are often that – too good to be true. However, only genuinely good offers from trusted brands are included in our Black Friday VPN deals round-up, and FastestVPN's lifetime deal is one of them.

Using the code FUTUREBF2025 unlocks a lifetime FastestVPN subscription for $30 all-in – a further $5 off its already discounted $35 Black Friday price. None of the best VPNs offer this kind of deal and although FastestVPN isn't a big hitter, it's an eye-catching and unique deal.

I thought we might see a move away from lifetime VPN deals, especially after the VPNSecure debacle back in May 2025. But FastestVPN is sticking to its guns and giving you a VPN subscription that'll last – in theory – forever.

How good is FastestVPN?

Straight up, FastestVPN isn't challenging the VPN big hitters. But it's not a bad VPN by any stretch of the imagination and will definitely protect you online.

Its encryption is solid and it's had its no-logs policy independently audited – a real plus. That means a third-party has confirmed it doesn't store any of your data.

Despite the name, FastestVPN isn't the fastest VPN we've tested. It's not slow though, averaging around 700 Mbps the last time we tested it. This is more than fast enough for daily browsing and streaming. Unless you have ultra-fast Wi-Fi, FastestVPN shouldn't slow you down but speedier VPNs, like Surfshark and Proton VPN, are available.

FastestVPN's apps are pleasant enough, albeit simplistic. There are apps for all major platforms and you can have up to 10 simultaneous connections. You'll also get a password manager for two years which is a nice bonus.

Other than that, there aren't a load of extra features, and FastestVPN's server size of 800 falls way below the leading providers. It does offer 100+ locations however, which is on a par with Surfshark, so you should still find a server to suit you.

Obviously price is FastestVPN's biggest pull. $30 for a lifetime is hard to ignore, especially when the likes of NordVPN and ExpressVPN can cost upwards of $100 per year. There are no price hikes on renewal or nasty surprises. If you're not fussy about features or style, FastestVPN's Black Friday deal is well worth a look.

Use our exclusive code FUTUREBF2025 to sign up to FastestVPN for $30.
