November has arrived and that means the early Black Friday deals are starting to really heat up as we careen toward the holiday shopping season.

I know because I cover laptops for a living here at Tom's Guide, so I've been checking prices every week and I have never seen this gaming laptop as cheap as it is right now.

Razer Blade 18 (2025) w/ RTX 5070
Razer Blade 18 (2025) w/ RTX 5070: was $2,699 now $1,799 at Razer

This Razer Blade 14 gaming laptop model sports the line's trademark 14-inch OLED 3K 120Hz display along with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 laptop GPU, AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 CPU, 32GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD storage. This is the lowest I've ever seen this laptop, and while you can get it for the same price at other retailers you get a free copy of the game Arc Raiders if you buy through Razer.

You get a lot of power for your money with this laptop, which comes sporting an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 laptop GPU, an AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 CPU, 32GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD storage. That's exactly the same model we tested in our lab earlier this year, and as you can read in our Razer Blade 14 review, this beast of an ultraportable stacked up favorably against the best gaming laptops on the market

And while the power you get in this machine should last you in good standing for years of gaming to come, it's not the only highlight of the Razer Blade 14. I'm also a big fan of the 14-inch (2,880 x 1,800 pixels) 120Hz OLED display because it's fast enough to keep up with high-framerate gaming yet delivers inky blacks, bright colors and striking contrasts that make photos and movies look amazing, especially with HDR support.

Trust me, I've tested hundreds of laptops in my time and OLED displays always feel like a meaningful upgrade from the traditional IPS panels you see on most laptops because they make everything you do on the laptop look a little more amazing.

However, like most gaming laptops you should brace yourself for disappointing battery life with the Razer Blade 14. While you may be able to limp through eight hours of work without running out of juice if you're really miserly with the battery, in our lab tests the Blade 14 lasted roughly 2 hours while gaming on battery and barely six hours when just surfing the web. So if you're going to take it with you for a day on the go, make sure to pack the charger!

Even with that caveat, I still think the Razer Blade 14 is a great gaming laptop for its size that's a better deal than ever now that you can save nearly $1,000 on one in the run-up to Black Friday.

As I noted in the deal above you can also get the Blade 14 at this super-low price from Amazon or Best Buy if Razer.com runs out of stock, but buying it direct from Razer will get you a free copy of the upcoming Arc Raiders game thrown in so you may as well snag that one if you can!
