6. More Prima Case Craziness, Continued

So, a day after receiving the case, I sent an email to the sales department at the company. I carefully explained each of the problems I found and asked for a refund. Just to be sure they understood my credentials I also sent links to my iPhone review articles.

To date, I’ve heard nothing from the company. Perhaps some customers in the company’s hometown, Montvale NJ, have already run these folks out of town on a rail. Perhaps they’re now trying to figure out, Homer Simpson style, what to do next. Whatever the case (no pun intended) may be, at least I’ve done my bit to warn a few folks about the funniest smartphone case I’ve every seen. Now back to the Daily Show.

Conclusions

The Prima iPhone flip-front case is a joke. I still haven’t found a good flip front case for my iPhone. More are coming on the market and I will continue my search.

I’m finding companies that at least understand how to fit a case to an iPhone, like Macally Peripherals, don’t seem to be doing flip fronts and except in a few instances tend not to protect the iPhone’s display. More on Macally and other case vendors soon.

For the time being, I’ll stick to the ncase rubberized protective cover I bought with my iPhone.
