Skyrim DLC Coming PS3, PC in February

After months of being spurned by Bethesda for Skyrim DLC, PlayStation 3 players will finally be receiving Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn.

Bethesda confirmed the good news for PS3 players back in November 2012, though no official release date was ever given. Now, the company's given all Skyrim DLC for PS3 a release window of February for PS3.

Dragonborn will be the first of the DLC coming to PS3, which will release on both PS3 and PC on February 5. Hearthfire and Dawnguard will follow in the weeks after and will be on sale on PSN for 50 percent off on its first week.

This lame little "xbox exclusive" marketing dance is a real turn-off. Yes, I'm going to buy it anyways, but this whole little thing sure isn't building any goodwill.

From a business perspective, I'm sure Microsoft gave them concessions, or straight up cash to pen the exclusivity agreement. The only thing we can do is not buy the XBox stuff, encourage friends to not buy it, so that Xbox seems like a smaller and inferior market. Inferior(in quality) is something it already is.
