August will be over before you know it and if you're looking to revamp your wardrobe, now is the time. One of my favorite brands is celebrating its anniversary with huge markdowns on summer and fall apparel.

For a limited time, Public Rec is taking 30% off its best sellers as part of its 10-year anniversary sale. The sale includes a mix of summer wear, athletic apparel, and casual attire. As part of the sale, you can get the Dealmaker Chino Shorts for just $62 (was $88). These shorts provide a comfortable, stretchy feel and can be dressed up or down. They've been one of my go-to items this summer.

I also recommend the Dealmaker Chino+ for $97. I'd put them on par with the Lululemon Commission Pants in that they give you a polished look while remaining airy and comfortable to wear.
