I've been reviewing TVs for 10 years and these are the best early Black Friday OLED TV deals
This Black Friday, deep black levels are on deep discount
OLED TVs don’t often come cheap, so I spend all year telling people to wait until the holidays to get as much of a deal as possible on this incredible display technology. Well, folks, the time has come. Many of the best OLED TVs of the year are already massively discounted ahead of Black Friday, and I wouldn’t blame you for beating the rush and upgrading early.
This will be my eleventh year covering Black Friday deals and discounts, and as the proud owner of an OLED TV myself, I’m determined to steer as many potential OLED-buyers into the right direction this year. My favorite of these deals right now is the 48-inch LG B5 at Best Buy for just $599. It brings all the benefits of OLED down to a manageable price.
I’ve searched high and low across major retailers like Amazon, Best Buy and Walmart for the best early Black Friday deals on OLED TVs. I’ve taken into consideration every budget and screen size, making sure to leave off any picks I suspect might go on sale even more next week. Here's the best Black Friday OLED TV deals right now.

My name is Michael, and I've been reviewing OLED TVs since they first debuted on shelves. I'm such a big fan of OLED TVs that I bought one for my own living room. Right now, there are plenty of deals on brand-new, 2025 OLED TVs, as well as some steep savings on 2024 models.

The LG B5 brings everything we love about OLED TVs down to a much friendlier price. Because of this, it's one of my favorite OLED TVs of 2025. The B5 supports Dolby Vision and offers a full slate of four HDMI 2.1 ports that all support 4K gaming at 120Hz. This makes it a terrific pick for viewers who want an affordable OLED for streaming and gaming. Check out our full LG B5 review for the full scoop on this value-packed OLED TV.

If you want something bigger than 48 inches and you don't mind buying a TV from 2024, consider the LG B4. It's tough to imagine the 55-inch B4 getting any cheaper between now and Black Friday, but in fairness, this TV was $100 pricier just a week ago. Like the B5, is not as bright as higher-end OLED TVs, but you still get to bask in the glory of OLED display technology. If you're worried about its age compared to the newer B5, fear not: In my LG B4 vs LG B5 face-off, I break down how these two TVs are almost identical.

The 48-inch Samsung S90D is about $400 more expensive than the 48-inch LG B5, but that bump in price nets you a pretty significant bump in brightness, too. If you were hoping to use a 48-inch OLED TV as a gaming monitor, the S90D is a better pick than the B5, as it supports 4K gaming up to 144Hz compared to the B5's 120Hz. As a 2024 model, this could see another drop in price between now and next week, but I don't expect it to crash much further. Read more about this TV's strengths in our full Samsung S90D review.

Samsung's most affordable OLED TV of 2025 is the S85F, and right now, the 65-inch version of this TV is under $1,200 in the days leading up to Black Friday. It doesn't offer the blisteringly bright HDR performance you'll get with Samsung's flagship-level, quantum dot-equipped OLED TVs, but there's still plenty to love here, including a full slate of HDMI 2.1-compatible inputs for Xbox and PS5.

Last year's top mid-range OLED, the LG C4, is seeing some steep discounts before it disappears from shelves entirely in the coming months. It arrives with nearly all of the same features you'll find on the newer LG C5, including a full slate of HDMI 2.1 inputs, top-tier gaming support and Dolby Vision HDR. But because this is an older model, it's on sale for even less. While this TV's price could take another tumble next week, I would recommend jumping on it now if you're interested. It won't be stocked on shelves for long.

The A95L's perfect black levels are just the tip of the iceberg when talking about this TV's jaw-dropping performance. As you'll see in our Sony A95L review, the A95L offers better color volume than most garden-variety OLED TVs thanks to quantum dot tech. Sony's sensational picture processing is the A95L's secret sauce, and there are plenty of gaming- and A/V-related features here, too. Save a whopping $1,500 right now.

If you're OK buying an OLED TV without an included stand, not many can out-perform the G5. Thanks to LG's latest, fourth-generation OLED panel, the G5 offers sensational highlight brightness and better color volume than other LG OLEDs this year. The 65-inch G5 does not come with a stand inside the box. If you're planning on wall-mounting your next OLED TV, however, few look as good on the wall as the G5.

In our five-star LG C5 review, we showered this OLED TV with praise for its sensational performance, its class-leading selection of features and its approachable price point. The C5 delivers all of the benefits we've come to expect from OLED displays, but its design, software and overall experience is the result of LG's excellent engineering. The 77-inch model is on sale for just under $2,000 in the week ahead of Black Friday.

The S95F is the best OLED TV Samsung has ever made. As a quantum dot-enhanced OLED, the S95F offers better color volume and higher highlight brightness than what you'll find on many of the mid-range OLED TVs I've already listed (like the B5 and C5). As a flagship model, you're also getting just about every gaming feature under the sun and an eye-catching, sleek design. The 65-inch version doesn't come cheap, but it's about $700 off right now.

Sony's follow-up to the A95L is the all-new Bravia 8 II, an OLED that also combines quantum dot-color with Sony's lauded picture processing. As the priciest 65-inch OLED on this list, I suspect that some shoppers would be more comfortable spending less on something from LG or Samsung. However, if you value reference accuracy and love to tinker with picture- and audio-related settings, the Bravia 8 II is an A/V enthusiast's dream.
Frequently asked questions
What is an OLED TV?
Unlike traditional LED TVs which rely on a backlight to illuminate their pixels, OLED TVs feature self-illuminating pixels that can be brightened and dimmed independently of one another. Since contrast is a cornerstone of picture quality, this is a tremendous advantage, one that has positive impacts across the entire picture.
Why should I buy an OLED TV?
OLED TVs have several advantages over LCD/LED TVs, including QLEDs and Mini-LEDs. For one thing, OLED TVs are capable of creating perfect black levels. This might not seem like a big deal, but it looks incredible in person.
While even the best Mini-LED TVs might exhibit light bloom when bright objects clash with darkness, OLED TVs are free of this issue. Due to the nature of OLED displays, they typically offer wider viewing angles than LED TVs, too.
Since even entry-level OLEDs (like the aforementioned LG B5) are naturally higher-end TVs when compared to entry-level LED TVs, they usually arrive with several A/V- and gaming-related features, too. This makes the most affordable OLED TVs highly attractive options for cinephiles, home theater enthusiasts, gamers and everyone in between.
When is the best time to buy an OLED TV?
Right now is the best time to buy a 2025 OLED TV. It's also one of your last opportunities to buy the doubly-discounted OLED TVs from 2024, too.
Many of the best OLED TVs we've tested and reviewed this year are reaching their lowest price ever during Black Friday sales events. If you've been waiting for a prime opportunity to save money on an OLED, I recommend jumping on a deal soon.
While there's always a possibility that some of these TVs will fall further in price once Black Friday officially kicks off next week, it's not a guarantee. Additionally, many of the older, 2024 TVs listed here might run out of stock ahead of Black Friday.
