Forget fad appliances — I’ve found 24 Prime Day discounts on kitchen accessories & utensils that will streamline your culinary creations
Finding new kitchen gadgets that actually make mealtime easier shouldn't break the bank
I love my kitchen, but there are some days when I want to replace every single utensil I own. I'm talking mismatched cutlery and crockery, a hard-to-clean stainless steel pan, and some ageing kitchen scales that have served me and my baking skills well over the last few years.
Upgrades like these are ones I've been putting off, simply because I don't have the means to replace everything. And I'm sure most of us would agree that it's easier to shove an old can opener or chipped plate back into the kitchen drawer than try to find a replacement.
Thankfully, it's Prime Day, and I've found 24 discounts on kitchen accessories, utensils and small appliances that will upgrade your kitchen for under AU$150 on Amazon. Granted, there's one item on this list — namely, the Corelle Portofino 18-piece dinner set — that is a bit above this price, at AU$159.20; however, I've had my eye on it for a while, and it's finally within my reach at AU$40 off RRP. And for an 18-piece set, that's only AU$8.80 per piece, which is a big win in my books.
Another great deal I've spotted is on Shark's Cordfree Handheld vacuum, now AU$135.85. While it may be a bit odd to put on a kitchen deals round up, I swear by my handheld vacuum for all the teeny crumbs and coffee grinds in my kitchen. Trust me, it is life-changing.
Don't just take my word for it, though — all these products come with 4+ star ratings, including those of my colleagues at Tom's Guide. Better yet, these deals are exclusive to Prime members, and if you're not signed up already, you can get a free 30-day trial here. You'll need to act fast to nab any of these kitchen deals, though, as they will expire on Monday, July 13, at 11:59pm.
